World Youth Summit

The Ethics in Business - CSS World Youth Forum (WYF) creates an open platform for young professionals and students to voice their message to the world's top decision makers and community at large.

An initiative of the International Association for Human Values (IAHV), WYF is part of the International Business & Leadership Symposium, an annual event hosted by the European Parliament, Brussels. This synposium unites prominent leaders in the fields of business, politics, religion and academia to consider ways of strengthening human values and ethics in business, and highlites innovative leadership styles that are profitable, yet sustainable.

Five pillars of WYF:

  • Identify and discuss urgent challenges in the global scenario, and define possible solutions.
  • Develop and strengthen the skills and capacities of the youth to take strong leadership in the world.
  • Provide opportunities to learn through interactive sessions with top business and successful political leaders.
  • Present "A Call of the Youth" at the Conference on Ethics in Business – Corporate Culture & Spirituality (CCS) at the European Parliament.
  • Develop an international network between young leaders.
