Studying the Effects of the Art of Living YES+ Program

Almost all of the 103 students completing the YES+ course felt better after the course, and reported increased calmness, reduced stress and better moods.
Similarly, a large percentage of participants reported improved focus, better sleep and lower anger –
hence demonstrating a greatly improved sense of well-being.
* Better/Yes is defined as when students reported at least a 25% improvement.
