'Effortless Meditation' taught by the Art of Living foundation is perfectly true to its name- it is a graceful meditation technique leading to effortless state of meditation that can be experienced by everyone.
The YES+ course and Art of Living Part 1 course teach meditation along with breathing techniques, yoga, practical wisdom, and group processes. The Efforless Meditation course focuses on meditation, giving depth to our understanding of what meditation is and how we can meditate. In the Effortless Meditation course you learn a technique of how to let go of all stress and tensions, providing the mind with a much needed deep rest. Happiness is not in the past or the future- it is always 'now', in the present moment. As the mind settles down with meditation, it is brought in the present moment where it experiences true joy by tapping into the depths of our nature.
The course is conducted in three sessions of two hours, where we learn this simple meditation practice which allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into itself.
Participants go back home with this technique as a tool to overcome the effects of inevitable stressful situations in our day to day lives.
