My experience with Yes+ was fabulous. I met amazing people, I learned that everyone is very different and felt more comfortable with myself from that knowledge.

Experience Peace of Mind
Much of our stress and fatigue come from the constant conversation hapening in the mind–regretting and thinking about the past, or worrying about the future. Yet, we can only experience life in the present moment. A remarkable feature of this program is the meditation and breathing techniques that give each participant a real and direct experience of bringing the mind into the present moment.
Simple Techniques for Daily Life
Through a combination of different Pranayamas (breathing techniques), practical knowledge including healthy eating and nutrition, participants gain a "tool-kit" that can be used in a variety of settings to bring about a natural state of peace. Graduates of the program may also attend complementary group followup sessions that occurr once a week in many areas throughout the country and world. These practices grow in value over the years, helping the benefits continue to blossom in daily life.
Sudarshan Kriya
The cornerstone of the Art of Living Course is a powerful breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya, or the healing breath. Sudarshan Kriya incorporates specific natural rhythms of breath to release stress from every cell of the body and bring the mind to the present moment. The course also includes other breathing techniques, meditation, low-impact yoga (Sukshma and Purna Yoga), and skills for navigating through challenging situations with ease and creativity.

This is considered and introductory class after which participants are eligble to take advanced-level programs offered by the Art of Living Foundation including: The Art of Silence Program and The Art of Meditation Program.
